4. How the R1,000 Daily Blu Voucher Drops Work
Mechanic: Every day for 60 consecutive days, an audited digital draw selects winners from all active, valid mobile numbers registered to date. The daily R1,000 pool is distributed directly to the winners' registered SIM cards via instant automated network recharge vouchers.
Official Competition Rules
- Promoters: This promotional competition is operated by Blue Label Data Solutions (Pty) Ltd (Reg. No. 2007/005089/07) in commercial partnership with Sprite South Africa (collectively referred to as "the Promoters").
- Eligibility: The competition is open to all South African citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years or older who hold a valid, active SIM card registered with a licensed South African mobile network operator (Vodacom, MTN, Telkom, or Cell C). Directors, members, partners, employees, or agents of the Promoters, their advertising agencies, and immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- Campaign Duration: The campaign commences at 00:01 on 1 March 2026 and concludes at 23:59 on 29 April 2026 (60-day promotional window). Late entries will not be processed or considered for any prize draws.

Reverse-Billing (Zero-Rating): Accessing the web portal (
sprite.blu.deals) and dialing the USSD string (*134*1234#) is zero-rated across participating South African cellular networks. Entrants do not require active airtime balances or data bundles to submit their entries. -
Prizes Breakdown:
• Grand Tech Draw: 1x PlayStation 5 Console, 1x iPhone 17, and 1x Samsung Galaxy Smartphone. Grand prize draws will take place within 7 business days following the campaign end date via an independent audit.
• Daily Blu Voucher Drops: R1,000 in Blu Vouchers allocated daily across the 60-day duration. Voucher PIN's are sent directly to the winners' registered MSISDN number and cannot be converted to cash.
• Guaranteed Micro-Rewards: 10,000 units of R5 Blu Vouchers issued as digital PINs sent via SMS directly to the entrant's registered cellphone number, exclusively to the first 10,000 entrants who supply and verify an authentic email address. Blu Vouchers are redeemable at any Blu Approved merchant nationwide. - Winner Selection & Verification: All winners are selected via an automated, audited randomizer. Winners of hardware items will be contacted telephonically on the mobile number supplied during entry. If a winner cannot be reached after 3 documented attempts over 48 hours, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
- Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA): By submitting your Name, Surname, Mobile Number, and optional Email Address, you expressly consent to the Promoters collecting, verifying, and storing your information in accordance with POPIA. Personal data is utilized exclusively for competition administration, draw audits, identity validation, and direct marketing where explicit opt-in consent has been registered. Entrants may unsubscribe or request data removal at any time.
- General Conditions: Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for physical cash unless explicitly stated. The Promoters accept no liability for network timeouts, SMS delays, or third-party telecom interruptions that prevent successful entry.
